LOUIS PETRONELLI, JR

Louis Petronelli Jr. 71, of Boswell Trail, Foster, formerly of Johnston, died Saturday, August 11, 2007 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. He was the beloved husband of Carol M. (DeVincenzo) Petronelli. They were married for forty-six years. Born in Providence he was a son of the late Louis and Anna S. (Perotti) Petronelli Sr. Mr. Petronelli was the owner and operator of the former Star Creation, Star Design and Carol Star Design Companies of Johnston until his retirement in 2004. He was a US Army veteran and a lifetime member of the Manville Rod and Gun Club. Besides his wife he is survived by his devoted children, Steven L. Petronelli and his wife Fatima and David J. Petronelli all of Foster. Mr. Petronelli was the cherished grandfather of five, David J. Petronelli Jr., Cara A. Petronelli, Stephanie M. Petronelli, Daniel L. Petronelli and Ashleyrose Petronelli. His funeral and burial with Military Honors will be private.
