95, formerly of Plainfield St. Providence, passed away on Thursday April 29, 2010 at Golden Crest Nursing Home in North Providence. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Gaetano and Concetta (Zambarano) Pascone. Louis was the Proprietor of the Village Rendezvous a Premier Jazz Club in Cranston for 70 years before his retirement. He was also Rhode Islands oldest serving bartender, and an accomplished Trombone Player. He was the loving father of Lynda D. Vessella and her husband Richard of Lincoln and the late Roberta Pascone; grandfather of Kara Campbell, Lauren Vessella and Steven Vessella; and the brother of the late Briga Bodington, Columbine Medeiros and Frank Pascone. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine's Church 639 Mt. Pleasant Ave. Providence, and may call at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave Cranston Sunday 4-6 p.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
