LOUIS PAOLINO, 84, of School St., Johnston, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2008 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Evelyn (DePetrillo) Paolino.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Carmino and Anna (Zinni) Paolino, he resided in Johnston for the past 29 years.
Mr. Paolino worked at the former Imperial Knife Company for 37 years, retiring in 1986. He was a WW-II Navy Veteran and was a member of Kelley Gazzero V.F.W. Post; U.C.T.; and I.A.M. Machinist Union. Besides his wife, he was the devoted father of Robert Paolino of New Mexico, and dear brother of the late Antonetta Baro and Edward Paolino.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Brigid's Church, 1231 Plainfield St., Johnston, followed by interment with Military Honors in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
