LINDA J. (MONTI) LaPIERRE

LINDA J. (MONTI) LaPIERRE, 61, of Hartford Ave., Johnston, passed away Monday, June 22, 2009 at home. She was the wife of the late William LaPierre. Born in Providence, she was the beloved daughter of Vincent J. Monti of Johnston and the late Elizabeth M. "Betty" (Ricci) Monti.
Linda was the former owner of Flash Photo in Barrington for over 20 years, and for the past five years she was finance director at Spinal Health and Rehab Center in Barrington.
Besides her father, she was the devoted mother of William V. LaPierre and James M. LaPierre, both of Providence; loving grandmother of Joseph Monti-Page of Providence; dear sister of Bette-Ann Rossi and her husband Steven of Johnston and Susan V. Monti of Cranston; and loving aunt of Victoria L. Rossi and Alexandra E. Rossi.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Cross Church, 645 Hartford Ave., Providence at 11:00 a.m.
Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
