LILLIAN E. (WHITE) ROSE

Lillian E. (White) Rose 93, of Randall Street, Providence, formerly of Cranston, died Sunday, January 27, 2008 at Charlesgate Nursing Center, Providence. She was the wife of the late Ernest Rose. Born in Providence; she was a daughter of the late Charles and Maude (Broughton) White. She is survived by her children; William E. Rose of Warwick and Ernest J. Rose of Cranston. Mrs. Rose was the mother of the late Carolyn M. and Diane F. Rose. She was the grandmother of three grandsons, five great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Rose was the sister of the late Lucy Bessett, Maude Lowell, Charles White, Frank and Edward Burdick. She was a member of the Cranston Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1742 Atwood Avenue, Johnston on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. and may call at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday 5-8 p.m. Burial will be private.
