Lillian M. (Schayer) Marcello

passed away peacefully on the picture-perfect autumn morning of September 27, 2023. Lillian was pre-deceased by Anthony Marcello, her beloved husband of 69 years. They enjoyed 40 beautiful years together living in South Florida. Lillian retired from the Palm Beach County Florida Planning and Zoning Department.

Lillian was a strong willed master of perseverance and determination to appreciate her life, her family, and her many dear friends.  She loved being a wife, mother, and grandmother and enjoyed every moment to the fullest. Always radiating a positive, optimistic and caring attitude, Lillian was genuinely inspiring and delightful to be around. She would gladly join any conversation and made friends easily.

Lillian is survived by her sons Robert and companion Kristin Coletti, Richard and wife Rebecca, her most cherished granddaughter Mia Marcello Padulsky and her husband Lance, sister-in-law Linda Schayer, and nieces and nephews. She is pre-deceased by her brothers Joseph, Donald, and Richard Schayer. VISITING HOURS for Lillian will be from 9:30am-11:00 am on Thursday, October 5th, with a brief memorial service to immediately follow in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory – SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the RISPCA.
