85, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 31, 2012, at Kent Hospital, Warwick. She was the beloved wife of the late Peter Celani. Born in Chelsea, MA, she was a daughter of the late Gustav and Lillian (McGonagle) Turner. Lillian was an office worker for Natco Products for twenty-five years, and was also employed by Paul Arpin Moving and Storage Company before her retirement in 1998. She was a member and volunteer at the Cranston Senior Center.
She is survived by her loving children, Linda Elf of Bristol, CT, Lawrence M. Celani of Coventry, Richard P. Celani of Seminole, FL, and Stephen G. Celani of Warwick. Lillian was the cherished grandmother of twelve and the great-grandmother of eleven. She was the sister of Doris Flagg of FL, and the late Joseph Turner.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Matthew's Church, corner of Elmwood and Park Avenues, Cranston. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Tuesday morning 8-9 a.m.
