LEROY E. MARTIN, JR

82 , of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at home. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Leroy E. and Ellen M. Martin, Sr. Leroy was a front end worker for the former Almac's Supermarkets from 1989- 1995, and from 1996-2000 for Stop & Shop Supermarkets until his retirement. Most recently he was the senior navigator for the transportation department at Access Point, RI. Leroy was a Special Olympian and an avid sports enthusiast.

He leaves his beloved cat "Sassy" and his AccessPoint RI family, as well as many numerous friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, September 6, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Ann Church, 1493 Cranston Street, Cranston. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are respectfully omitted.
