91, of Greenville Avenue, Johnston, died Thursday, January 8, 2009 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence. She was the wife of the late John Messore. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Angelo Sepe and Concetta (Gazarro) Sepe -Paolucci. Mrs. Messore was a jewelry worker for various companies in the Providence area. Lena was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church. She is survived by her son, John A. Messore and his wife Janet of Burke, VA. She was the grandmother of Peter J. Messore of New Jersey and Mary L. Messore of Fairfax, VA. She was the sister of Angelo Sepe of Foxboro, MA. Lena was the loving aunt of Carmino D. DeRobbio of Johnston who was her caregiver. She also leaves several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Josephine DeRobbio, Edith Poli, Frances Faella, and two late half brothers Joseph and Alexander Paolucci. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church, 179 Academy Avenue, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Monday 4-8 p.m.
