Leonard "Lenny" Pesare

74, of Warwick, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 21, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

He was the beloved husband of Annalisa (Boi) Pesare. Born in Sava Taranto, Italy, he was the son of the late Cosimo and Angelina (Scazzari) Pesare. He came to the United States in 1956. He proudly served six years in the National Guard and went on to spend many years working as a mechanic and manager at Sears Automotive. In his free time, he loved playing golf, gardening, and spending time with family.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Leonard Pesare Jr. and his wife Piyanuch, and Erica Pesare; grandchildren, Emily Pesare and Alexander Pesare; and sisters, Elvira Miccoli and Liliana Capraro. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nancy Pesare; brothers, Antonio Pesare and Giuseppe Pesare; and sisters, Viola Merolli, Teresa Scarcella, Antonietta Pesare, and Nella Gigantelli.

VISITING HOURS will be held on Thursday from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Peter’s Church, Warwick. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
