LEO EDWARD MC CARTHY
65, of Norfolk St., Cranston, passed away Friday, November 12, 2010 at RI Hospital in Providence. He was the beloved husband for forty-four years of Constance F. "Connie" (DiPanni) McCarthy. Born in Providence, he was the son of Elena (Pastore) McCarthy of Johnston and the late Leo McCarthy.
Mr. McCarthy was a production supervisor at Elmwood Sensors for many years before retiring.
Besides his wife and mother, he was the devoted father of Melissa McCarthy of Cranston, Jennifer L. Cox and her husband William of Groton, CT and Jason L. McCarthy of Cranston; loving grandfather of Alexis and Shane Cox; and dear brother of Daniel McCarthy of Harrisville and Rose Morton of Johnston.
A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday evening at 8:00 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. VISITING HOURS 6-8 p.m. prior to Service.
