KIRK B. RUGGIERO

59, of South Providence, died suddenly at his home on September 12, 2012. Born in Los Angeles, CA he was son of Theresa DeSimone and the late Ernest H. Ruggiero. Kirk was the youngest of three brothers, he is survived by Ernest M. Ruggiero, and was the brother of the late Craig A. Ruggiero. Kirk was also the brother of the late Arlene LeClair. He is also survived by his niece Mary DeNuccio, and nephew, Edward Mann. He was the loyal and beloved companion of the late Norma Potenza.

Kirk was an independent contractor who ran Ruggiero Construction for over 30 years. He was an avid gardener and skilled winemaker. He was very proud of his wine awards at the annual St. Mary's Feast. He was known for his generosity in sharing the produce from his garden and his wine.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Thursday at 8:00 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. Inurnment will be private. VISITING HOURS Thursday 4-8 p.m. A celebration of his life will be held at Nick-A-Nees, 75 South Street, Providence on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 3pm.
