KERRY F. (FITZSIMMONS) BRUSINI

52, of East Lakeview Dr., North Providence, passed away on Friday, October 15, 2010 at RI Hospital in Providence. She was the beloved wife for 15 years of Rodney M. Brusini and loving mother of Nicholas W. Brusini. Born in Providence, she was the devoted daughter of Margaret (Sullivan) Fitzsimmons of North Providence and the late William Fitzsimmons and dear sister of Margaret Ackerson of Concord, NH and Kathleen Lesuer of Cranston.

Kerry was Director of the Board of Canvassers for the Town of North Providence for the past 3 years and previously was Project Manager/ Election Specialist for 24 years for the State of RI State Board of Elections and was recognized as a National Certified Election Administrator.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church, 92 Hope St., Providence. Entombment will be private and visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Special Olympics RI, 33 College Hill Road, Bldg. #31, Warwick, RI 02886, an organization that Nicholas and his 2nd grade class at Moses Brown will be working with this year.
