Karen M. Ramieri

60, of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at RI Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of Ralph Silva for 21 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Linda (Ventriglia) Ramieri. A dedicated professional, Karen worked many years in the Human Resource Payroll Department for RI Housing, where she was known for her commitment and capability.

Beyond her career, Karen was an outgoing, loving, and caring individual who took immense pride in her self-care. She was deeply involved in her community, participating in various charitable endeavors particularly with Habitat for Humanity. Karen's nurturing spirit was evident in all her actions, reflecting her dedication to helping those in need. Her final act of kindness as an organ donor speaks to her generous heart and her desire to make a positive impact on others' lives.

Besides her husband Ralph, she is survived by her son Stephen Silva of Cranston. She was the cherished sister of John Ramieri and his wife Barbara of Georgetown, MA, and Janice Lonardo and her husband Paul of Lincoln. She was the adored aunt of many nieces and nephews. 

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Karen's life on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave, Cranston, RI. Visiting hours will be from 10:00am -12:00pm, followed by her Funeral Home Service at 12:00pm.
