JOYCE L. NARDONE

(Brown) Joyce L. Nardone 75, of Dart St. Cranston passed away Tuesday December 2, 2008 at the Scalabrini Villa in North Kingstown. She was the beloved wife of Charles J. Nardone Sr. They were married for 55 years. She was born in Providence a daughter of the late Raymond and Theresa (Iannucci) Brown. Mrs. Nardone was a Food Service Supervisor for the State of RI for 20 years, until retiring in 1999. Besides her husband Charles she is survived by her loving children, Deborah Deion of South Kingstown, Paula Frey of East Greenwich, Maureen Mahalidies of North Kingstown, Pamela Rossi of Scituate and Charles J. Nardone Jr. of Scituate. She was the sister of Raymond Brown of Cranston, Harold Brown of Johnston, Richard Brown of Scituate, George Brown of Scituate, Mildred Waddington of FL, Adelaide Marrietti of Cranston, Gladys DeMeglio of North Providence, Georgia Cotoia of Cranston, Patricia Feole of Cranston and the late Helen Young and Lois Gibre. Joyce was also the cherished grandmother of 13. Her funeral will be held on Monday at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Rocco's Church Atwood Ave. Johnston. Her burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery Exeter. VISITING HOURS: Sunday 5-8pm.
