JOSEPHINE WADE

Josephine (D'Antuono) Wade 83, of Prudence Avenue, Providence, passed away Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Cra-Mar Nursing Home, Cranston. She was the wife of the late Earle E. Wade. Born in Johnston, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Elvira (Nardone) D'Antuono. She is survived by her children, Joanne Speicher of Delaware, Donald E. Wade of Cumberland, and Deborah Canzone of Cranston. Mrs. Wade was the cherished grandmother of Sherry Coppotelli, Melissa Giampietro, Stephanie Ogden, Kristen Apicerno, Lauren Kelley and was the great grandmother of 6. She was the sister of Louis Matthew D'Antuono of Cranston and the late Anthony, Peter, Lucy, and Matthew D'Antuono, Margaret Pezza, Madeline Webster and Florence Knorr. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Rocco's Church, 927 Atwood Avenue, Johnston. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
