JOSEPH DIBIASE , JR

83, of Cranston passed away Tuesday July 17, 2012. He was the husband of the late Angelina (Pannone) DiBiase.

A lifelong Cranston resident he was the son of the late Joseph and Josephine (Iannotti) DiBiase.

Mr. DiBiase was employed by the City of Cranston for many years until retiring and was a co-owner of the former City Hall Tap, Cranston.

Joe was a lifelong NY Yankee Baseball fan and was drafted by the Yankees in 1947.

He is survived by his children JoAnn DePari and her husband Ernest, Janice Casali and her husband Thomas, Joseph DiBiase and his wife Kerri all of Cranston; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren and was the grandfather of the late John Abbruzzese. He was the brother of Vincent and Anthony DiBiase both of Cranston and the late Peter DiBiase.

His funeral will be held on Saturday at 9am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church Cranston at 10am.
