89, de Providence, falleció pacíficamente en casa rodeado de su familia el domingo 13 de octubre de 2019. Era el amado esposo de María C. Jorge De Ramos. Nacido en La Jagua, Altamira, República Domincana, era hijo del difunto Luis Manuel Ramos y Ana Rita Collado.

Además de su esposa, José es sobrevivido por sus hijos amorosos, Australia, Dionisio, Juan F., Juana B., Julian E., e Hilda L. Ramos; 20 nietos preciados, 28 bisnietos y 1 bisnieto
s/b 1 tataranieto; querido hermano Fermín Ramos y fue fallecida por 6 hermanos y 5 hermanas.

Su funeral se llevará a cabo el sábado a las 8:45 a.m. en el NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston seguido de una Misa de Entierro Cristiano a las 10:00 a.m. en Asunción de la Iglesia BVM, 791 Potters Ave., Providence. El entierro seguirá en el Cementerio St. Ann, Cranston. Las horas de visita son los viernes de 5:00 a 9:00 p.m.

89, of Providence, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Sunday, October 13, 2019.  He was the beloved husband of Maria C. Jorge De Ramos.  Born in La Jagua, Altamira, Domincan Republic, he was the son of the late Luis Manuel Ramos and Ana Rita Collado.

Besides his wife, Jose is survived by his loving children, Australia, Dionisio, Juan F., Juana B., Julian E., and Hilda L. Ramos; 20 cherished grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild; dear brother Fermin Ramos and was predeceased by 6 brothers and 5 sisters.

His funeral will be held on Saturday at 8:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Assumption of the BVM Church, 791 Potters Ave., Providence.  Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Friday from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.
