28, of Providence, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, April 9th, 2021. Born in Miami, FL on November 16th, 1992, he was the son of Marylou Hazzard and Carlos A. Vazquez.
John enjoy his American Indian heritage. He was a member of the Nipmuc tribe.
Besides his parents, John is survived and loved unconditionally by his siblings Felicia M. Hazzard, Sunnelly Cintron, Lisa M. Vazquez, Jacqueline S. Hazzard, Jasmine V. Hazzard, Edwin A. Hazzard, Samuel S. Harris, Skyla LaFleche, and Raine Ramos. And was the brother of the late Jason Samuel LaFleche.
John is also survived by his Nieces’ and Nephews Sueyeilly I. Tola, Jarieal M. Cintron, Ayden Rodriguez, Antonio J. Hazzard, Carlos A. Vazquez (Tuto), Ydeliyce M. Rodriguez, Jose Osorio (Goldo), Adrian Nunez, Jalen A. Hazzard and A’laiah N Hazzard.
He was also survived by his two best friends more like brothers to him. William Betters, and Jerry Dejesus.
Visiting hours will be Thursday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. His funeral service and burial will take place on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in Lakeside Cemetery, 150 Newman Ave., Rumford, RI 02916.
