JOHN B. MASTROSTEFANO, SR

78, of Cranston, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at West View Nursing Home in West Warwick. He was the beloved husband of Marilyn (Utton) Mastrostefano. He was born in Providence, a son of the late Pasquale and Mary (Pasquarelli) Mastrostefano. Mr. Mastrostefano was the general manager of Mastro Electric for over 40 years until his retirement. John was a graduate of Classical High School and Providence College and was a Korean War Navy veteran. He loved to travel and spend time with his family. Besides his wife, John is survived by his loving sons, John B. Mastrostefano, Jr. and his wife Gayle of FL, Michael Mastrostefano and his wife Julie of East Providence, Daniel Mastrostefano and his girlfriend Kelly Gallagher of Providence, his cherished grandchildren, Gianna, Joseph, and Victoria , his siblings, Dr. Pasquale Mastrostefano and his wife Susan of Greenville and Maryann Adamo and her husband Jim of North Providence. His funeral will be held on Thursday at 12 noon from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Funeral Service at 1 pm in St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 445 Elmwood Ave., Providence. His burial will be private. VISITING HOURS: Wednesday 4-8 pm.
