JOHN H. JANSON

65, of Oaklawn Avenue, Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2011. Born in Providence, he was the son of Anne (Schofield) Janson of Cranston, and the late John H. Janson. John was employed by the State of RI for over 38 years. He was a US Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War serving three tours. His main joy in life was his family. He was the cherished and loving father of Heidi A. Brown and her husband John, Kim M. Ricci, Stacy L. Cozzo and her husband Vincenzo, and Kerri J. Janson, all of Cranston. Devoted brother of Patricia O'Keefe, Karen Janson and Suzanne Papa, all of Cranston. He was the grandfather of R.J., Vanessa, Sophia, Caitlyn, Joey and Trea��, his pride in life. His funeral and burial were private.
