JOHN A. IZZI
JOHN A. IZZI, 77, of Providence, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2008 at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Providence. He was the husband of Nancy (Adessi) Izzi.
Born in Cranston he was the son of the late Domenic and Teresa (Colozzi) Izzi.
Mr. Izzi was a jewelry polisher at Rolo Manufacturing Co. for 12 years, retiring in 1993. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Besides his wife, he was the dear brother of Marie Ferrazzano and Madeline Colella, both of Cranston, Peter Izzi of Johnston and the late Rose Ricci, Domenic "Tom" Izzi and Pasquale "Pat" Izzi. He was also the loving uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston Saturday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, Cranston St., Cranston at 10 a.m.
Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
VISITING HOURS Friday 4-8 p.m.
