JOHN J. HOULIHAN

67, of Warwick, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 25, 2013, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Susan (Arnold) Houlihan. Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Charles T. and Anna (Fielder) Houlihan. John worked in sales, fundraising, and marketing for twenty-five years before his retirement due to illness. He was a US army veteran serving during the Vietnam War era. John was an avid golfer.

He is survived by his loving children, Toni Austin of Cranston, Geneva Houlihan, of Warwick, Jackie Camilloni and her husband Peter, Charles Houlihan, and Jerri Evon, all of Cranston. John was the cherished grandfather of ten. He was the brother of Edward Houlihan of Bay City, MI and the late Connie Wall.

His funeral procession will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by Committal prayers and Interment with Military Honors at 11:00 a.m. in Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. VISITING HOURS Wednesday 5-8p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Foundation, 249 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI 02860, or the Multiple Sclerosis Society of RI, 205 Hallene Road, Warwick, RI 02886.
