JERRY IVONE SR

Jerry Ivone Sr. Of Marlow St. Cranston passed away on Friday February 19, 2010 at home. He was the beloved husband of Anna (Coccoli) Ivone. He was born in Providence son of the late Domenic and Consiglia (Cozzolino) Ivone. Mr. Ivone was a letter carrier for the US Postal Service for over 30 years, and was also a US Army veteran. Besides his wife he is survived by his loving sons, Jerry Ivone, Jr. of Coventry, Steven and Gary Ivone both of Cranston. He was also the cherished grandfather of 5, and the brother of Peter Ivone of Providence, Katy Magnarella of Cranston, Josephine Cerce of Providence, Rita Lupo of Cranston, and the late Tina Marine, Elsie Marolla and Ernest Ivone. His funeral will be held Tuesday at 8 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 am in St. Rocco's Church, Atwood Ave. Johnston. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Monday 5-8 pm.
