JENNIE (SULLO) MANZI, 87, of Columbus Blvd., Cranston, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2008 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence. She was the beloved wife of Michael Manzi, and they would have been married for 60 years in October.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Michele and Saveria (Colacone) Sullo.
Mrs. Manzi worked at Regal Manufacturing Company for many years before retiring. She enjoyed cooking and baking on holidays for her family, playing cards, and was a loyal Yankee fan.
Besides her husband, she was the devoted mother of Linda S. DiNola and her husband Louis of Cranston; loving grandmother of Jennifer Duarte and her late husband Donald, and Louis DiNola, Jr. and his wife Nicole; loving great-grandmother of Samantha Faith Duarte and Baby DiNola; and sister of Josephine Zompa, Mary Zaccardelli, Susan Mollicone and the late Dolores DiPippo and Michael and Antonio Sullo.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston Thursday at 10 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, Cranston St., Cranston at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
