JEFFREY M. CARRERA RPh

58, of Johnston passed away Tuesday September 11, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Angela (Romano) Carrera.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Domenico and Concetta (Russo) Carrera.

Jeffrey was employed as a Pharmacist for Rite Aid Pharmacy until illness forced his retirement in 2010.

He was a member of the RI Pharmacist Assoc., RI Motorcycle Assoc., The American Motorcycle Assoc. and the Harley Owners Group/Ocean State Chapter #4751.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his three sons; Matthew Carrera and his wife Courtney of North Providence, Jeffrey Carrera and Kevin Carrera USN both of Oak Harbor, WA; two grandchildren Braelon and Colton; two brothers, Steven Carrera of Cranston and Kim Anthony Carrera of Seekonk, MA. He was the son in law of Anna Romano of Johnston.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 11am in Our Lady of Grace Church, Johnston. Visiting hours and burial will be strictly private.
