JEANNE P.(FIORE) PICERNE

Jeanne Pauline (Fiore) Picerne Of Phoenix, Arizona formerly of Cranston died Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at the Barrington home of her daughter Donna. She was the devoted wife of Ronald R.S. Picerne. They were married for 55 years. Jeanne was accepted to the Julliard School of Music for voice. She graduated from Boston University School of Business in 1951. She was a Trust Accountant for the Picerne Real Estate Group. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Alphonso and Grace (Rochon) Fiore. She devoted her life to her husband, six children and twenty-one grandchildren. Besides her husband she is survived by six children, David R. & Doreen Picerne, Phoenix, AZ, Donna P. & Raymond Uritescu, Barrington, Robert M. & Gywn Picerne, Heathrowe, FL, Kenneth A. Picerne, Lauguana Niguel, CA, John G. Picerne, Narragansett, and Jeanne M. Picerne & Joseph Peterchak, Burr Ridge, IL. Mrs. Picerne was the devoted grandmother of Derek, Danielle, Dana, Dayle, Benjamin, Jason, Joel, Luke, David, Andre, Lidia, Chandler, Chase, Natalie, Alexandra, Hannah, Matthew, Alexandra Rose, Caroline, Chelsea and Joelle. She was the sister of the late Evelyn Johnson Toher Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Church, Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will be at St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
