JEAN R. (ENDER) D' UVA

89, of Johnston, passed away on Tuesday July 20, 2010 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony G. D'Uva Sr. Jean was born in Cranston, a daughter of the late Joseph and Viola (Tella) Ender, and was the stepdaughter of the late Rose Ender. Jean was a hairdresser, and the owner and operator of Jean's Hair Salon in Johnston. She is survived by her loving sons, Anthony G. D'Uva Jr. and his wife Loretta of Greenville and Robert J. D'Uva of Cranston. She was also the cherished grandmother of Leanne Pierce and her husband Kevin, Anthony D'Uva, Charlotte D'Uva, Elizabeth D'Uva, and was the great grandmother of Ryan Pierce. She is also survived by her devoted brother Joseph Ender of Johnston. Jean was also the mother in-law of the late Susan D'Uva. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 11 am in St. Rocco's Church Atwood Ave., Johnston. Her burial will be private and visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
