JEAN S. (FIELD) PEARSON

77, of Cranston, died Sunday, February 28, 2010 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of George F. Pearson; they were married for sixty years. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Nellie (Jones) Field. Mrs. Pearson was a foot press operator for various jewelry companies in the Providence area for over twenty years before her retirement. Besides her husband she is survived by her children, Gail F. Annunziata of Warwick, Jean S. Lett, George F. Pearson, Jr. and Peggy L. Lembo all of Cranston. Jean was the grandmother of eight and the great-grandmother of thirteen. She was the sister of Pearl J. Mahoney of Cranston and the late Albert, Jack, Charles and Helen Field and Dorothy Andrade. Her funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by interment in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
