Janet Strumar

73, of North Providence, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 7, 2020. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late George and Ruth (Orris) Mackey. Janet worked as a receptionist for the former Dorca’s Place for many years before retiring.

Janet is survived by her loving children, Paul Strumar, Scott Strumar and his wife Jessica, Stacey Strumar and the late Ryan Strumar; cherished grandchildren, Kraig, Kyle, Kasey, Karissa, Ryan Jr., Nicholas, Jayden, Madison, Luciana, Frankie and Kash; great-grandchildren, Owen, Brayden, Kyle Jr., and Zander. She was the sister of George Mackey and his wife Ellen, and the late Howard Mackey and Robert “Bobby” Mackey.
