JAMES "JIM" PIZZUTI

97, of Providence, passed away on Thursday September 15, 2011 at Kent Hospital in Warwick surrounded by his five sons. He was the beloved husband of the late Rita (Ise') Pizzuti. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Antonio and Victoria (Boffi) Pizzuti. James was the owner operator of the former Hudson Stone Setting Company for many years, before retiring.

He was the father of Everett Pizzuti and his wife Carole of East Greenwich, Richard Pizzuti and his wife Linda of West Warwick, James A. Pizzuti and his wife Carol of Warwick, Robert Pizzuti and his wife Cynthia of Cranston and David Pizzuti and his wife Brenda of Warwick; loving grandfather of eleven and loving great-grandfather of fourteen; dear brother of Assunta "Sue" Andreozzi of Cranston and the late Guido Pizzuti, Anita Anotti and Mary Mastrobuono.

His funeral will be held on Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME &Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Sebastians Church, 67 Cole Ave Providence at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting Hours Monday 4-8 p.m.
