JAMES A. CERULLO, SR

66, of Johnston, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence. He was the beloved husband of Linda M. (Morelli) Cerullo. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Michael C. and Lillian A. (Merolla) Cerullo, Sr. Jim was an electrician and member of Union Local #99 IBEW, Cranston. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War era. Jim enjoyed boating, quahogging, and had a passion for automobiles.

Besides his wife he is survived by his loving children, James A. Cerullo, Jr. and his wife Debra of Cranston, David M. Cerullo and his wife Meredith of Coventry, and Gina M. Cerullo and her companion (John Paliotta) of Cranston. Jim was the cherished grandfather of David, Lauren, Giovanni, Morgan, Matthew, and Kelly, and the great-grandfather of Isabelle and Hannah. He was the devoted brother of Michael C. Cerullo, Jr. of Exeter, Lillian M. McIntyre of Smithfield, Virginia M. Bowry of North Providence, Paul M. Cerullo of North Stonington, CT, Barbara M. Tavis, Mary J. Mack, both of Smithfield, Joseph M. Cerullo, Sr. of Johnston, Andrew W. Cerullo of Scituate, and Anne L. Cerullo of Warwick.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Road, Johnston. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Friday 4-8 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, Our Lady of Grace Church Memorial Fund, 4 Lafayette Street, Johnston, RI 02919, or The American Parkinson Disease Association, RI Chapter, PO Box 41659, Providence, RI 02940-1659
