James W. Barlow 83, formerly of Cranston died Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at the Destin Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, Destin, Fl. He was the husband of the late Mildred (Place) Barlow. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late William and Mary Barlow. Mr. Barlow was a sheet metal worker at the former US Naval Air Station, Quonset Point, North Kingstown. He was a US Army Veteran serving during WW II. He is survived by his two sons; Francis Barlow and his wife Nan of Niceville, FL and Brian Barlow and his wife Lucienne of Cranston. Mr. Barlow was the grandfather of Michaela Tillery and her husband Clay, Joseph Barlow and his wife Marleigh and Brian Barlow Jr. and the great-grandfather of Haley and Hannah Tillery and Gabriel Barlow. He was the brother of Lawrence Barlow.
