James K. Babbitt

73, of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 25th, 2018.  Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late John and Jeanette (Letellier) Babbitt.

JB, as he liked to be called, was the loving father of Michael Babbitt of Johnston, and cherished companion of Christine King of Pawtucket.  He was the dear brother of Janice Renehan of Burrillville and Patricia Crowe of Littleton, NH.  JB was also survived by his former spouse, Lenore Rys, and his beloved cat Sadie.

JB was retired after spending many years in the construction and steel industry. He was an avid Green Bay Packers, Boston Red Sox, and auto racing fan.

His funeral services will be private.
