ISABEL M. ANANIAN
ISABEL M. ANANIAN, 71, of Charlesgate East, Providence, past away Friday May 15, 2009 at home. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the beloved daughter of the late Charles and Emma (Yavarian) Der Ananian.
Isabel was a graduate of Mastbaum Vocational School in Philadelphia and worked at the former Imperial Knife Co. in Providence for many years before retiring. She was a past choir member at Holy Trinity Armenian Church in Philadelphia and Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Church in Providence; and a past member of Eastern Star. Isabel was the dear sister of Jasper Der Ananian of North Providence and the late George Der Ananian; loving aunt of Lucy Marie Droitcour and Charles Ananian; and loving great-aunt of Jennifer Carter. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, Providence, and may call at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Wednesday 5-8 p.m. Interment will be in North Burial Ground Cemetery, Providence. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Church Choir, 70 Jefferson St., Providence, RI 02908.
