Irene M. (Martinelli) Montville

102, of Boynton Beach, FL and formerly of North Providence, RI, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward J. Montville. Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Jennie (Gorman) Martinelli. She was the sister of the late Edward, Joseph and Raymond Martinelli. She is survived by her nieces, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and a great-great-great niece.

Irene worked for IBM for 25 years and worked many years as a salesperson for the former Jordan Marsh Department Store. She was also a member of the Salvatore Mancini Center in North Providence.

VISITING HOURS will be held on Thursday, December 5th from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Mary Mother of Mankind Church, North Providence. Burial will take place in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.
