Inez F. Labbadia

Inez F. (Pfaffko) Labbadia, 98 of East Greenwich, RI and a former longtime resident Johnston passed away peacefully on Monday April 21, 2025. Born and raised in Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Charles H. and Ada M. (Kellerman) Pfaffko. She was the beloved wife of the late Americo “Michael” Labbadia, who predeceased her in June 2010, and the former wife of the late John Merluzzo, Sr.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother to her family. Inez worked for the Johnston School department for 26 years, retiring in May 1989. She loved ballroom dancing, reading listening to music, gardening and was an accomplished seamstress.

She leaves a beloved daughter Marilynn I. Bouclin of Warwick, and a devoted son John A. Merluzzo, Jr. of Palmdale, CA. She leaves three grandchildren Chana Alexander of TX, Ryan Bouclin and Jessica Volante, both of RI, and three great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Ruth A. LeBlanc.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday April 26, 2025, at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, from 9:30- 11:00 am. Followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am.
