Im Ouk

80, of Johnston, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 19, 2025. He was the devoted and beloved husband of the late Phanny (Tik) Ouk, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and partnership. Born in Kampong Cham, Cambodia, Im courageously emigrated to the United States in 1982, seeking a brighter future for his family.

A hardworking and dedicated individual, Im spent over 20 years as a valued employee at Kenyon Industries before retiring. His commitment to providing for his loved ones and his unwavering work ethic were hallmarks of his life.

Above all else, Im was a family man. He was a proud and loving father to his children: Jenny Benedict, Phanneth Ouk, Srey Roth Siamphone, Sreyry Schaerdel, Elizabeth Ouk, Tony Ouk, Angela Ouk, and Julie Ouk. His guidance, kindness, and unconditional love left an indelible mark on their lives. Im’s legacy also lives on in his cherished grandchildren: Kenneth, Sarena, Jazmine, Nore, Pisey, Dexter, Derek, Deven, Aria, Emily, Anayah, and Eva, who brought immense joy and pride to his heart.

Im’s strength, warmth, and dedication to his family will forever be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, January 25th, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. Cremation will be private.
