HRIPSEMA (MARKARIAN) KESHIJIAN
HRIPSEMA (MARKARIAN) KESHIJIAN, 90, of Flint Ave., Cranston, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Kevork Keshijian.
Born in Turkey, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Markarian, she lived in Aleppo, Syria and later moved to Lebanon in 1964, before coming to the U.S. in 1973.
Mrs. Keshijian was a member of Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church and an active member of the Armenian Relief Society "ARAX" Chapter.
She was the devoted mother of Takouhie Minassian, Seta Tarbinian and Sarkis Kechejian, all of Cranston, Angel Khanishian of Glendale, CA, Vartan Keshijian of Providence and the late Arusiak Tashjian; loving grandmother of 18; and loving great-grandmother of 19.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service Friday at 11:00 a.m. in Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, Broadway, Providence, and may call at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Thursday 5-8 p.m. Burial will be in North Burial Ground Cemetery, Providence.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Sts. Vartanantz Church or ARS "ARAX" Chapter, 402 Broadway, Providence, RI 02909.
