HILDA (SILVESTRE) CASIMIRO

82, of Hope, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 in Cranston. She was the wife of Jose Casimiro. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Maria (Rita) Silvestre. Hilda was employed for the former Elmwood Sensors for eighteen years before her retirement. Besides her husband she is survived by children; Natalie Fonseca and her husband Jose of Cranston and Joseph Casimiro and his wife Ann Marie of Hope. Hilda was the grandmother of Vera and Steven Fonseca. She was also the sister of the late Maria Jose Almeida and Alice Silvestre. Her funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Matthew's Church, Cranston at 10:00 a.m. VISITING HOURS: Thursday 4:00-8:00 p.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
