Helen M. (Mandarelli) Rose

96, of Hope, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Cra Mar Meadows in Cranston, where she resided for the last 5 years. She was the beloved wife of the late Archie “Bill” F. Rose. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Luigi and Francesca (Sinapi) Mandarelli. Helen loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed spending her spare time traveling to Las Vegas and Atlantic City.

Helen is survived by her loving children, William Rose of Johnston, Carolyn Digilio and her husband James of Providence, David Rose of Wakefield and Karen Casale of Hope. She was the loving mother in-law of the late Rita Rose. Helen was the cherished grandmother of 15, great-grandmother of 14, and great great-grandmother of 3. She was the sister of Nancy Garafano of FL, Carol Lisi of Johnston, Roger Mandarelli of Johnston, the late Maria DelMonico, Michael, Rinaldo, Alfred and Raymond Mandarelli.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, October 27th, at 11:30 a.m. in St. Rocco’s Church, Johnston. VISITING HOURS: Monday, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Burial is respectfully private.
