HELEN A. (SOLTYSIAK) PLOCIAK

91, of Providence, passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side on Saturday, November 24, 2012, at Elmhurst Extended Care Facility, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Edmund R. Plociak. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Walenty and Veronica (Lozowski) Soltysiak. Helen enjoyed spending time with her great-grandchildren, going to the malls shopping, and summering on Johnson's Pond.

She is survived by her loving children Edmund V. Plociak and his wife Barbara of Smithfield, and Joyce E. Langfield and her husband Steven of Dannemora, NY. She was the cherished grandmother of Mark and Margaret Plociak and Kevin and Patricia Plociak , all of Cranston, and the great-grandmother of Fallon, Alana, and Lauren Plociak. Helen was the sister of the late Anthony Soltysiak, her twin, Wallace Soltysiak, Julia McFadden, and Edna Sotnik, and Matthew Soltysiak.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Adalbert's Church, 866 Atwells Avenue, Providence. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
