HELEN (MARZILLI) GAMA

of Bretton Woods Drive, Cranston, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at the Cedar Crest Nursing Home, Cranston... She was the beloved wife of the late Antonio Gama for 65 years. She was born in Providence, daughter of the late Giovanni and Raffaela (Visciani) Marzilli. Mrs. Gama was an employee of the Calart Co. of Providence for more than 10 years until her retirement. She is survived by her son, Joseph Gama, and daughter, Helene Chase, and her husband, Joel, all of Cranston. She is survived also by her granddaughter, Shara, and her husband, Fernanado, of Cranston. She was also the sister of Evelyn Sleszynski of Warwick, Anthony Marzilli of Ft. Lauderdale, FL., and the late Theresa Santopietro and Angela Nevadonski. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul, Cathedral Square, Providence at 10am. VISITING HOURS Monday, 4-8pm. Burial will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
