GUIDO "GENE" PERROTTA

87 of Wakefield and formerly of Warwick passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at South County Hospital, Wakefield. He was the husband of Lucinda "Cindy "(Stewart) Perrotta. He was born in Providence a son of the late Vincenzo and Filomena (Zaccaria) Perrotta. Gene was a sales representative employed by the former Providence Gas Co. for 25 years until his retirement. He was a Navy Veteran of WW II. Beside his wife he is survived by his sons, David G. Perrotta and his wife Sarah of Naugatuck, Ct. and Gary A. Perrotta and his wife Victoria of No. Kingstown. He was the grandfather of David and Christopher and great grandfather of Khloe Perrotta. He was the brother of Donald Perrotta of Johnston, Viola Mace of East Providence, Carol Bonauito of Warwick and the late Ernest Perrotta, Jennie Fetta and Anita Marandola. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10am in St. Bartholomew's Church, Laurel Hill Ave., Providence. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Burial will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd., Suite # 3004, Warwick, RI. 02886.
