Gloria (Colannino) Mancini

97, of Providence, passed away on December 31, 2020 at Cherry Hill Manor, Johnston, after residing at Capitol Ridge Assisted Living for many years. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis Mancini.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Emilia (DiSarro) Colannino. Gloria worked for many years at the family owned and operated hardware store , Community Hardware in Olneyville Square, Providence.

She is survived by her loving sons: Jeffrey F. Mancini and his wife Julie,  Gerald A. Mancini,  Granddaughters, Lauren , Jenna and Rachel and grandson, Alex Mancini. She was also the mother of the late Paul V. Mancini and Susan E. Giannini; and sister of the late Susie Colannino, Catherine Montecalvo and Livia DeSantis.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, at 10 am in Our Lady of Grace Church, Johnston; followed by a receiving line. SEATING WILL BE LIMITED . Masks are required and social distancing will be observed. Her burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
