GLENNA M. (VIWEG) GIORDANO

of Narragansett, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Louis Giordano. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late George and Flora (Paruca) Viweg. Glenna worked as a Registered Nurse, graduating from the Rhode Island Hospital School of Nursing. She also was a Professor Ameritus at the Community College of R.I. Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Alicia Roberts and her companion Michael Sosnowski of Wakefield; her cherished grandchildren Annika and Elias; her son Jared Giordano of West Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Smithfield. Burial will take place in R.I. Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. VISITING HOURS will be Wednesday from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, South County Chapel, 1111 Boston Neck Road (Rt. 1A), Narragansett.
