Giovanna "Jennie" (Paoletta) Lupo, 80, formerly of Selma Street, Cranston died on Friday, October 19, 2007 at the Scalabrini Villa, North Kingstown. She was the wife of the late Antonio Lupo. They had been married for 57 years. Jennie was born in Providence, a daughter of the late Charles and Carolina Paoletta. She was also the sister of the late Ellenor "Helen" Latina. Mrs. Lupo was a solderer-designer for the former Empire Jewelry Company for 40 years. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church, Cranston. Mrs. Lupo is survived by two daughters, June L. Geoffrey of East Greenwich and Gale L. Yattaw of Cranston. Mrs. Lupo was the grandmother of 4 and great grandmother of 6. Her funeral will be held on Monday at 9:00am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, Cranston Street, Cranston at 10:00am. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Sunday 5-8pm.
