GILDA L. (PICERNO) SINAPI

Mrs. Sinapi worked at the former Columbus National Bank downtown Providence in the Foreign Department where she controlled documents and Italian translation prior to starting her family.

Besides her husband, she was the devoted mother of Jeanne M. Palmieri of Cranston, Ralph T. Sinapi, Jr. and his wife Susan of Portsmouth, Donna L. Whitford of East Greenwich and Patricia A. Perrotta and her husband Glenn of Johnston; loving grandmother of eight; and dear sister of the late Bennie, Armando, Alfred, Carlos, Louis and Raymond Picerno.

Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston at 10 a.m. Entombment will be in St. Joseph Mausoleum at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
