GERTRUDE D. (HETHERMAN) CARELLO

81, of Westcott Avenue, Providence passed away on Friday June 11, 2010 at home. She was the wife of the late Joseph Carello. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late William and Dora (LaClaire) Hetherman. Gertrude was the mother of Maureen Marsella, Kathleen Thuro, Robert Carello, James Carello, Carole Nappa, Janet Ward, William Carello and Laurie Colucci; grandmother of eighteen; great-grandmother of four; sister of Claire Banspach and the late Mary Terreault and Henry Hetherman Her funeral will be held on Thursday at 8:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Thomas Church, Providence at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter VISITING HOURS WEDNESDAY 4-8 P.M.
