GERARDINA (MESSA) CIRELLI

82, of Noella Ave., Coventry, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Carmine Cirelli. Born in Gallo di Roccamonfina, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Francesca (Vellucci) Messa.

Mrs. Cirelli worked at Clark & Coombs and Lincoln Lace for many years before retiring.

Besides her husband, she was the devoted mother of Giuseppe Cirelli and his wife Anna Rita of Cranston, Anna Maria DiSerio and her husband Giuseppe of Johnston, Franca Cirelli of Coventry, Rosaria Ferrucci of Italy and the late Mario Cirelli; loving grandmother of Giuliana, Amanda, Alessia, Deana, Joseph, Miriam and Manuel; and dear sister of the late Orsolina and Armando Messa.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Monday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Cross Church, Hartford Ave., Providence at 10 a.m. Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston.
